So, i went last night and watched Michael Jackson’s This Is It, and to be honest with you i didn’t expect what i saw, so let me first explain to you few things, for the people who don’t really get what This Is It movie is all about you have to read this before you go watch it, because from what i saw last night in the theater some people were really confused, even though there’s nothing to be confused about, ok, you’re not going to watch a movie, it’s Michael Jackson’s Rehearsal for the This Is It concerts in the O2 Arena in London that should have took place last July if the King didn’t pass away suddenly like that, so what you’re about to see in the movie is Michael Jackson rehearsing for the O2 shows!! Clear?? ok, let’s talk a little bit about the movie, If you’re a Michael Jackson fan, and you watched or attended one of his concerts, you already know that Michael wasn’t the regular performer who takes the stage sing, dance and go home, no Michael always gave his fans way more than that, visual effects, magic tricks, flying off the stage, tanks on the stage, lots and lots of fireworks, and the best music you’ll ever hear. And also if you’re a Michael Jackson fan, you are a bit familiar with the things he did on his shows, let me tell you something my friend, this is a whole new concert experience, new videos, new moves, the best dancers and musicians you’ll ever see picked personally by Michael Jackson and Kenny Ortega, you have no idea how good these guys and girls are, he said we want to show the fans a new kind of talent, a new experience, and he sure reached his goal.. In this movie you’ll see a genius at work, a true artist, an artist who knows his music really well, an artist who knows how to make a great show that will make people literally lose their minds.. Michael Jackson, a 50 year old man was without a doubt the most energetic of them all, dancers were 25-30 years younger than the King, but they can’t be compared to Michael, he’s smoother, he’s original, and he’s well the King.. The things that you usually don’t see, is how Michael Jackson treats the people around him, the people that work for him, he’s the boss after all, and well he’s the most famous person on the face of this planet, so how do you think he treats his “employees”?? With smile, and lots and lots of love, he talks to them as if they’re his children, his brothers and sisters, his family.. you won’t see Michael Jackson yelling, even if something went wrong, he keeps saying, “that’s why we’re rehearsing” with a smile, he told his dancers, no need to be nervous, just give your best, and let the fans enjoy the experience.. he keeps making jokes and complimenting his team, and they sure idolized and respected the man very very much.. I’m not going to tell you more details about the movie, i just have to say this, without a doubt this is it, was a comeback, a huge and successful comeback for the King Of Pop.. It is without a doubt one of his best creations; music, magic, dance,experience, and talent, all combined together to give the best show in the world.. For a second when i was watching the movie i forgot that this man on the big screen dancing, laughing, and teaching his team is actually gone, i forgot that we lost the King Of Pop, then i remembered, and i could do anything but smile, because i reminded myself, a man like that can never die, he’s immortal, he’ll live forever through his music, and amazing talent.. Michael Jackson, as a fan, i thank you so much for this, This Is It is truly a masterpiece.. Rest In Peace…
